Can I adjust the wristband?
Yes. It's a breeze. We also provide a link adjustment tool and instructions. But, if you are not confident, take the adjustment tool to any jeweller and they can do it in a couple of minutes.
How do I care for the wooden casing and band?
Lemon or orange oil extract is best for cleaning the natural wood of this watch. Avoid extremely hot, cold, and excessively dry or humid environments when storing your wooden watch.
Using a soft cloth, pour 1/2 teaspoon of your chosen oil onto the cloth and then massage the cloth over the surface of the wood to keep its lustre.
How fast will it ship?
Your watch will leave our warehouse within 3 business days and can take around 10-14 days to arrive. For customised pieces, please allow another few business days.
