7 Year Limited Warranty

At Luminius, we believe in the quality of our workmanship and offer a 7-year limited warranty on the mechanical components and workmanship of all our watches.

To maintain this limited warranty, your watch must be used and maintained in accordance with the care and operation instructions provided by us. Abuse, mechanical damage, alterations, scratches and battery life are not covered by this limited warranty. Further, Luminius will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the watch.

If you purchased your watch within the last 12 months and you need it repaired, simply complete the warranty claim form below and request an RMA number.

Upon completing this form, we will review your request. Please allow up to 24 hours to review your information. Once your RMA is approved, we will send you an RMA number and shipping instructions via email. If the repair request is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair/replace the timepiece free of charge.
