✔ Genuine Seiko Movement
Named after New England sapphire miner Stuart Davidson, this wooden watch is a premium, hand-crafted ebony wood watch for men with a deep blue sapphire casing made from 304 stainless steel.
Stunning Kinetic Movement
No batteries, no solar. You move, it moves - by using your body's own motion.
Peer through the mineral crystal glass and see the gold mechanics of this beautiful wooden watch. Powered by your body's own movement, the watch can also be wound by hand on lazy days.
Comfortable All-day Wear
Handmade from genuine ebony wood, the band is reinforced with 304 stainless to provide a smooth contour and a supremely comfortable watch, suitable for all-day wear.
Stylish by Design
As we often say here at Luminius, machines don't make our watches. People do. The Davidson is a carefully crafted and stylish wooden watch that has the personality and appearance of a master craftsman. Make a statement with the striking design and crystal-clear visibility. Keep it for special occasions, or wear it every day.
Note: Each wood watch will have its own distinct grain and texture. Slight texture, grain and colour variations should be expected and may also occur due to lighting and product orientation.

How do I adjust the wristband?
Your watch includes an adjustment tool and instructions. In the meantime, here's the short answer:
- Find the engraved arrow on the inside of the strap.
- Align the needle of the tool in the direction of the arrow with the side hole of the pin and slowly push out the pin.
- Take off the pins and take out the links.
- Connect links and let the pin follow the arrow back to the wristband.
- Use the supplied tool to push the pin back to where it was.
How do I care for the ebony wood?
The nicest thing you can do for the ebony wood in your watch is keep it properly conditioned and from any temperature extremes. Luminius recommends using Tung Oil or Lemon oil once or twice a year - or more regularly if it starts to get grubby.
Using a soft cloth, pour 1/2 teaspoon of your chosen oil onto the cloth and then massage the cloth over the surface of the wood to keep its lustre.
Can this watch get wet?
This watch has been rated at 3Bar (30 metres). The timber is seasoned and sealed. However, we recommend you play it safe. You can spill your Gin on it, but we don't recommend taking it for a shower or a swim at the beach.
